4 chicken breasts
1 can cr.of mush
1/2 cup of onion & chive cream cheese
1/2 cup of sherry or chicken broth
1/4 cup melted butter
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1. Put your chicken in the Crock-Pot. Then put all the other ingredients in a bowl and whip it up for at least two minutes to combine it, use mixer that way the cream cheese doesn't try to separate from everything else that's the trick to keep it from looking like it's got chunky bits in it.
2. Then slather it over your chicken and cook it for 4 to 6 hours. Check it out after 4 hours. Just to make sure your chicken doesn't get dry and overcooked.
