2 cups all purpose flour (buns)

1 cup cabbage (chopped finely) (salad)

1 cucumber (salad)
1/2 onion (salad)
1/2 capsicum (salad)
1/2 carrot (grated) (salad)
4 tbsp mayonnaise (salad)
1 tsp hot sauce(salad)
1/2 tsp mustard sauce (salad)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (salad)

1. Boil milk remove from flame add butter and sugar, mix well.
2. Take a big bowl put flour, yeast and salt mix well add little milk mixture and start binding dough, add milk mixture till you get soft dough. Knead it well then apply oil on dough and cover it. Let it rise till double the size.
3. Punch back make 7-8 balls, shape into buns.
4. Lay on greased tray, let it rise. Brush with beaten egg then bake in oven on 200 C, till top is browned up.
5. Saucy Chicken Shreds. Marinate chicken in above n let it rest for 3 hrs. Can either pan fry, grill it, slow cooker or barbecue it. Then shred it.
6. Sauce: in a pan put butter n kip on flame, add garlic then the rest and stir well, remove from flame add shredded chicken and mix well, should be saucy.
7. Coleslaw Salad - mix all well.
8. How to prepare. Cut bun in half, brush butter on top of bun and grill for few seconds. Keep a lettuce leaf, scoop 2 tbsp of saucy chicken shreds and put on lettuce. Put a slice of tomato then scoop coleslaw n put on it. Serve with Chopsticks and Buttered Corns.
