Slow Cooker Tomato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

2 1/2 c carrots, chopped

1 c red kidney beans, (canned) washed and drained

1 c white kidney beans, (canned) washed and drained

3 potatoes, washed and chopped (no need to peel)

1 1/2 c chopped frozen spinach

2 c frozen stir-fry vegetables

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes

3 t chicken soup base

2 t beef soup base

1/2 t ground black pepper

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t paprika

10 c water

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker ( no need to defrost frozen ones) stir well.

2. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.
