Ingredients:

500g of 5%. fat mince

red onion

mushrooms

1 large carrot

cottage pie spice mix from aldi

salt and pepper

new potatoes

grated mozzarella

butter

soya milk

Directions:

1. Brown the mince with red onions in a frying pan before transferring into the slow cooker.

2. Cooked on low for 6 hours then transferred to casserole dish put mash and cheese on and grilled for 10 mins!
