Ingredients:

1 container leftover turkey gel

1 sm bag cut collard greens

1 onion, cut

1 lg clove elephant garlic, sliced or use a couple of regular

1 tin can northern beans with water and sea salt

12 oz kielbasa, sliced

1 t cajun seasoning

1 t parsley

4 c water

Directions:

1. Cook on high for 6 hours. Served with fresh dinner rolls. This time everything was perfect!
