Ingredients:

1.5 roast, trimmed of excess fat & stuffed with garlic

1/2 onion, diced or sliced

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 c fresh brewed coffee

3/4 c water

2 bay leaves, ground

1 t salt

1/2 t black pepper

1 t cooking sherry

1/2 t dried parsley

1 t butter

Directions:

1. Cook on low 4-6 hours. The same recipe can be used for beef tips which would need less than the 3 hours.
