Ingredients:

1.65 lbs beef eye of round roast

stuffed with plenty cloves of garlic

rubbed with worcestershire sauce

then montreal steak seasoning, salt, pepper, dill and parsley

onion

red wine vinegar

butter

Directions:

1. Mix all. Set atop slices of onion. Show with red wine vinegar. And top with butter.

2. Cook on low for 3 hours. Internal temp is 150° perfect!
