Spicy Tomato Chicken with Veges

Ingredients:

8-10 raw chicken drumsticks (depending on your Slow cooker size)

3 x 750ml tomato paste

sweet chilli sauce

paprika

mixed herbs (anything you like)

4 tablespoons minced garlic

himalayan pink salt rocks (large pinch)

ground black peppercorns

mixed vege

5 medium quartered potato’s (chats are best with skin on)

Directions:

1. Full cream to add just before serving.

2. Put chicken, sauce, herbs, garlic, s&p and potato’s in the Slow cooker.

3. Put on high for approx 4-5 hours. Once chicken starts to fall off bone put in mixed vege. Stir thru well. Cook for a further half hour to hour. Check vege to make sure cooked.

4. Stir thru cream and cook for a little longer on low. Stirring occasionally.
