2.5 lbs ham, sliced into ½ inch slices (you can use more or less ham)
20 ounce can pineapple slices (reserve juices for sauce )
6 ounce can maraschino cherries, drained
3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1. Add ham slices, pineapple slices, and maraschino cherries to the Slow cooker.
2. Put reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a medium sized bowl. Whisk until smooth and pour over ham, pineapple and cherries in the Slow cooker.
3. Cover, and cook for 5 hours on LOW, with out opening the lid during cooking time.
4. Drizzle sauce over each serving.
