1kg chuck/casserole steak, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp dry beef stock powder
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
1. Add beef, onion, tomato paste and stock to Slow cooker.
2. Mix well to combine. Pour whole cherry tomatoes on top.
3. Cook on low for 4.5hrs. Give it a good stir and tomatoes will break down into the meat. Allow to cook for another 30mins prior to serving.
