Ingredients:

1 kg of dried fruit

750 mls dare double expresso iced coffee

2 cups of self raising flour

Directions:

1. Soak the fruit in coffee for 22 hours mixed the flour in put in the pudding thing then was on low for the 1st hour than high for 5 hours and low for another hour with the lid off as the top was a little bit sticky.

2. Put water half way up the pudding steamer thing.
