Ingredients:

10 slices bread crusts

sugar free blackberry jam

handfuls of sultanas

dried apricots

4 eggs

2 cups of milk

1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

1. 10 slices bread crusts cut off put no butter on slices only sugar free blackberry jam. Cut them in half put first layer in s/c then on top put handfuls of sultanas and dried apricots.

2. Then bread and fruit again. In a bowl mixed 4 eggs beaten, 2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup melted butter pour over bread, then push bread down into liquid let sit in s/c for about 15 mins just so bread and fruit starts 2 soak up fluid.

3. Then cook on low 2&1/2 hours.
