whole small potatoes
cherry tomatoes
basil
parmesan (or Greek feta)
splash of white wine (or chicken stock)
medium diced pumpkin & carrots (veg of choice)
1. Put in potatoes & veg, lay chicken & put tomatoes & basil in between add a good splash of wine and sprinkle generously with Parmesan (or Greek feta) & cook on high for 3 hrs. Best served with fresh crusty bread & butter to mop up juices.
