enough potatoes to feed your family
50 ml water
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2-3 teaspoons of mixed herbs
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
salt & black pepper
1. Put the water into your Slow cooker.
2. Wash & slice your potatoes.
3. Put your potatoes into your Slow cooker and sprinkle with all your herbs, salt and pepper, stirring to make sure they are all coated.
4. Top with your tablespoons of butter/margarine.
5. Cover and leave! You can give them a stir every couple of hours.
6. Cook on low for approx. 5 hours. Cooking time can be adjusted to suit you.
7. Serve this with veggie chili (Quorn) chicken.
