3 lbs. pork spareribs
salt
pepper
1 (8 ounce) jar barbecue sauce
1 onion, diced
1. Do not pre-heat the Slow cooker. Dice up the onion, add to crock pot. Rub the ribs with salt and pepper, add to crock pot.
2. Dump BBQ sauce on top. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
3. Try not to lift the lid too much. It adds about 20 minutes more time every time you open lid. The meat will fall off the bone!
