4 pork loin steaks
1 inch piece of root ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup / 125ml hoisin sauce
1/2 cup / 125ml soy sauce
1/2 cup / 125ml water
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1. Add everything to the Slow cooker.
2. Cook in LOW for 5 to 7 hours. Remove the pork and shred with forks, pour over a few spoonfuls of the sauce and enjoy.
