Ingredients:

8 eggs 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

salt and pepper

2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and boil eggs for about 10 to 14 minutes.

2. Run cold water over the eggs, cool, peel and chop.

3. Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and relish.

4. Then add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

5. Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
