15.8 oz crusts for pie (fillo dough)
14.1 oz cheese
13.5 oz sour cream
4 eggs
6.7 oz sparkling water
salt
oil
1. Filling: Mix the cheese, the eggs and add 200 ml (6.7 oz) of the sour cream.
2. Cover the baking pan with the oil, then add one crust , spray it with oil and cover it with the filling. Repeat the same technique until you have crusts and filling.
3. When you`re finished spray the pie with oil , cut it on cubes, and make a mixture from the sour cream and the sparkling water, salt it a little, then cover the whole pie with this mixture.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 200 (392 °F) Celsius degrees.
