1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1. Mix all and bake 400F/205C for 20 mins.
