deep dish pie crust
3 asparagus washed
ham
1/4 cup of red and orange bell peppers
3 green onions
1 cup of spinach
1 and half cups of gruyere and pepper jack cheese
5 eggs
3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream
salt, pepper
garlic and onion powder
1. Deep dish pie crust and baked it for 15 minutes. While the crust bake cut into small pieces 3 asparagus washed and the wood tips trimmed, ham, 1/4 cup of red and orange bell peppers, 3 green onions,1 cup of spinach, 1 and half cups of gruyere and pepper jack cheese, set the cheese aside, now sauté the vegetables and ham for about 10 minutes.
2. Now in a bowl whisk 5 eggs with 3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream,salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Put the vegetable and ham mixture in the pie crust, top with cheese and last pour your eggs over everything.
3. Spread evenly and bake in your oven preheated to 350° for 45 minutes. Remove and allow the quiche to sit for about 20 minutes so everything sets well, then serve.
