1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders (or breast)
1 box of noodles of your choice
1 block of cream cheese softened
4 oz(or half bag) of Italian cheeses
1 bag of grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp of garlic
1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 can or chicken broth
1 tbsp of flour
1/2tbsp of butter or margarine
1/3 tsp of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Start by boiling water at a roaring boil, add a handful of salt to the water (make it taste like the sea) boil noodles 8-10 mins, drain and set aside.
2. In a medium sauce pan add butter, oil and garlic on medium high heat until fragrant. Then add flour and allow to brown slowly, turn heat down to medium low and slowly add heavy cream and chicken broth until smooth. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth, once smooth add 1/ bag of Parmesan cheese and Italian cheeses and stir until smooth. Add milk if mixture is too thick. Sauce should be smooth but stiff consistency.
3. Season chicken per your licking, add a drizzle of olive oil to avoid sticking. Cook on medium high heat for 8-12 mins, add all 3 together in pot with the noodles stir until combined and place in baking dish add remaining bag of Parmesan to the top, place in oven 375 degrees for 20 mins or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 mins and serve.
