3 eggs
250 gr. margarine
2 cups sugar
1 cup maas (sour milk)
5 ml vanilla essence
½ cup cocoa
5 ml baking powder
5 ml bicarbonate of soda
1 tin nestle cream
2 bar one chocolates
pinch of salt
1. Bowl 1: melt margarine,1 cup sugar & vanilla essence – mix well & add 3 eggs & beat well together.
2. Bowl 2: mix maas (sour milk), cocoa & 1 cup sugar together.
3. Sift remaining ingredients together & fold in the liquids from bowl 1 & bowl 2 mixtures into dry ingredients until all is well incorporated.
4. Bake at 180 Deg for 20-30 MINS if baking in a baking tray or make into cupcakes & bake for 15-20 mins.
5. Cut the chocolate into pieces in the dessert cream & heat in the microwave until its melted (usually takes about 2 mins). Allow to cool & thicken, then pour over cake.
