3 boneless chicken breasts
2 bunches of asparagus
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 of 1 lemon juiced

1/3 tsp salt &pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces season and set aside. Wash and trim asparagus. Cook asparagus in boiling water for about 2 min, put it in an ice bath to stop it from cooking further. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a skillet on med/low heat cook your chicken until golden brown. Be sure to not overcrowd your skillet or your chicken will steam and not brown. Turn the heat down and add 1 tsp minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Toss until chicken is coated.
3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet add the rest of your minced garlic then deglaze with your chicken broth. Bring up to a simmer and reduce by half.
4. Add the rest of your butter and lemon juice, stir until combined. Add asparagus and cook for about 2 min then add your chicken back in and stir for about 1 min until everything is coated.
