Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- 1. Blend until smooth. Pour into a well-greased deep dish 9 inch pie plate.
- 2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until Center is firm.
