2 c pineapple crushed w/juice (20 oz) can
1.5 - 2 c coconut
3 eggs
3 t flour
1 c sugar
dash salt
1. Mix ingredients & pour into raw crust. Can lightly blind bake crust first if you’ve had trouble getting bottom crust done. Cover edges with foil if browns too fast.
2. 350 degrees 55 - 60 minutes
