Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 c small diced onion
1 dry packet "au jus"
2 lg cans of 32oz beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 16oz bag med size egg noodles
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. In a large pot on med heat put onion and ground beef, cook 1/2 done, add in the "au jus" packet, mix it in well and finish cooking the beef.
- 2. Turn heat on high add in the 2 cans of broth bring to a boil. Add in the bag of noodles, you want the liquid to be a little bit over the noodles so if you need to add some water you can.
- 3. Cook according to noodle directions. Do not drain.
- 4. Take off heat do not drain., add in your seasonings mix well let set about 4 5 min before serving.
