Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients:

1 12 oz bag of cranberries

2-3 green onions

2 jalapeños or to taste

3/4 c sugar

1 t veg oil

juice of 1 lime

1/4 - 1/2 c of cilantro

Directions:

  1. 1. Blend all in a food processor. Chill. Drain as much as you’d like before serving.
  2. 2. Cranberries aren’t around all year so double the recipe and freeze for later. Good with turkey, chips, or on cream cheese with crackers.
