Ingredients:
1 12 oz bag of cranberries
2-3 green onions
2 jalapeños or to taste
3/4 c sugar
1 t veg oil
juice of 1 lime
1/4 - 1/2 c of cilantro
Directions:
- 1. Blend all in a food processor. Chill. Drain as much as you’d like before serving.
- 2. Cranberries aren’t around all year so double the recipe and freeze for later. Good with turkey, chips, or on cream cheese with crackers.
