Ingredients:
2 cups sweet potato; peeled and cubed
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- 2. Mix the sweet potatoes and seasonings in a bowl until well combined.
- 3. Add the sweet potatoes to the skillet and sauté until the surfaces are slightly caramelized. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Allow the potatoes to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until fork tender.
