Ingredients:

1/2 c softened butter

1 c peanut butter

3 c powdered sugar

1 c crushed, pretzels

2 c chocolate chips

1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:

1. 1. In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners’ sugar until combined. Stir in crushed pretzels. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a waxed paper lined sheet pan. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour.
2. 2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir to combine. Dip each ball into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper and chill. Decorate as you please. Serves: 40 - 60
