Ingredients:

8" pie

3 eggs

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup Karo syrup

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon vanilla

3/4 - 1 c pecans

10" pie

five eggs

3/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup Karo syrup

1 1/4 cup sugar

4 ½ teaspoon butter

3/8 t van

1½ - 2 c pecans

Directions:

1. 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into raw pie shell.

2. Lay foil on top if crust browns too quickly. Bake the 10” pie 40 minutes and cover for an additional 5 minutes.
