1 c. corn syrup
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter- melted
2 c. pecans
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl combine corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, butter, eggs, and beat using a fork until combined and smooth. Add your pecans.
3. Pour mixture into pie shell, and bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until center doesn't jiggle.
