Ingredients:
100 gm soya chunks (boiled in hot water with salt for 15mnts)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 onion
1 tomato
curry leaves
1 green chili
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fennel
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt
sugar
Directions:
- 1. In a pan pour oil add mustard seeds and pop it. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it, add onion saute until golden brown.
- 2. Add green chilli, curry leaves and mix then add masala powder.
- 3. Saute well then add tomato cook until tomato mashes and then add salt, sugar and balance flavors. Then add soya chunks mix and cook for 5 mints then serve.
