3 breasts of chicken
Mushrooms
1 onion
1 can of coconut milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of tomato purée
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp chili powder (or more if you like it hot)
2 tbsp. Garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. turmeric
1. Cook chicken, onions and mushrooms in wok.
2. Put all other ingredients in saucepan and simmer.
3. Add the sauce to the wok.
