Ingredients:

8-9 medium potatoes

2 packets onion soup mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large Ziploc bag

Directions:

1. 1. Pre heat oven at 350 degrees.
2. 2. Wash each potato with warm water making sure you get all the dirt off, cut potatoes in threes and fit it all in the large Ziploc bag.
3. 3. Add in the two packets onion mix and oil and close bag and shake it all together until you get a nice coating on all potatoes.
4. 4. Bake for 1 hour and a half or until potatoes are soft.
