Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef, browned

1 c. onion, chopped

29 oz. can tomato sauce

1 head cabbage, chopped

1 c. instant rice

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp pepper

14 oz can beef broth

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients, except broth in an ungreased, deep 9x13 baking pan.
  2. 2. Drizzle with broth; cover with aluminum foil.
  3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour; uncover and stir.
  4. 4. Cover again and bake 30 additional minutes, or until rice is cooked and casserole is heated through.
  5. 5. Makes 10-12 servings.
