Ingredients:

1 pkt sugar free instant pudding

1 1/2 c. skim milk

2 c. fat free cool whip

Directions:

1. 1. Dissolve pudding in milk, whip in cool whip. Spoon into 3 oz. Dixie Cups and insert Popsicle stick. Freeze.
