half an onion, sliced fine
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp jeera powder
1 tin chickpeas
salt to taste
lettuce, chopped
rocket leaves, roughly chopped

1. Heat oil, braise onion till translucent. Add spices and salt. Add chickpeas and sauté quickly. Set aside and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
2. In a serving platter arrange the following. Spread chickpeas evenly over. Scatter fried samoosa pur evenly over chickpeas.
3. Add dollops of plain yoghurt and drizzle with green chutney or homemade pesto.
