Ingredients:

1 lb trimmed pork loin

1 stick butter

4 t. honey

cajun seasoning

1/2 c. water

beer

Directions:

1. Melt butter & honey in a skillet over medium high heat until bubbly. Coat pork loin with seasoning. Sear pork loin in skillet, slightly browning every side. Pour water & up to 6 oz. of beer into Crock Pot set on high.

2. Place skillet contents into Crock Pot as well & cook on high for 3-4 hours. It completely falls apart when done & there are hardly ever any leftovers.
