2 -3 lbs boneless pork loin or 2 -3 lbs pork tenderloin
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1. Place raw pork in the crockpot/slowcooker. Sprinkle with all remaining ingredients.
2. Turn pork to coat well.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
