1/2 smoked sausage sliced
1-2 red potatoes, small dice
1 small onion, diced
1/2 sm-med cauliflower, cut lg florets
1 lg celery, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 ground bay leaf or whole
2 cups water (3 cups for a third serving)
1. Cut everything up and add to your crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
