600 g diced beef
3 large potatoes, diced small-ish
2 large carrots, diced small
2 medium onions, sliced
2 beef oxo cubes/crumbly stock cubes, crumbled
1 tbsp tomato puree/paste
x2 just wine sachets or 1 250 ml glass red wine
300 ml water
salt and pepper to taste
1. Throw everything in sc, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs, serve with whatever you desire.
