1 chicken carcass
2 carrots
1 onion
dried mixed herbs
garlic granules
ground black pepper
pint and half of hot water
2 small chicken breasts
2 fresh corn on the cob
splash of soy sauce

small head of broccoli
1 handful of small sized pasta
1. Place carcass, peeled and chopped veg first 6, water and herbs in S/C. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. When done drain stock into a bowl and return stock to S/C.
2. Place everything except broccoli and pasta in the S/C and cook on low for a further 4 hrs. Once finished remove chicken and corn. Drain stock again and put back in S/C. Shred chicken and remove corn from cobs. Add both other ingredients back to the stock in S/C.
3. Cut broccoli into small pieces and add this along with pasta to S/C. Cook on low for a further 30 minutes. Season and serve.
