Ingredients:

joint of brisket beef

drizzle of olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

1. Add the beef to the slow cooker, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle over the seasoning and herbs.

2. Cook on low for 8 hours.

3. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
