1 cup of walnuts
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of flax meal or ground flaxseed
sweetener of your choice
1 teaspoon of baking powder
cinnamon – optional
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Ground the walnuts.
2. Whisk the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.
3. Shape cookies and decorate them with a walnut. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy!
