Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb ground beef browned

16 oz sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (your preference)

1 can mild red enchilada sauce

bag of white tortilla chips

shredded cheese

Directions:

1. Heat the soup, sour cream and enchilada sauce in a pan until bubbling.

2. In a casserole dish layer half a bag of tortilla chips in the bottom and mash down with your hands, then top with half of the browned hamburger meat, cover the meat with half of the sauce mixture, and top with cheese. Repeat the layers cover with a lid and pop in your microwave for 10 minutes!
