1 pound ground beef
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1/2 sweet onion diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
1 cup sour cream room temperature
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
3 cups pasta sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350°f liberally spray 9×13" baking pan. In a large skillet over medium high heat crumble and cook ground beef until almost done add bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook until veggies are tender. Drain and rinse ground beef mixture.
2. Meanwhile cook pasta until aldente drain and return to pan. Add cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese to pasta sti well.
3. Then add beef mixture, then pasta sauce stir until everything is loosely combined. Put mixture in prepared baking pan and sprinkle with cheddar or mozzarella or a combination of both. Bake 25-30 minutes.
