1/3 cup of dry beans that have been rinsed well
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup diced ham or bacon (optional)
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1 tbs. chopped jalapeño
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp parsley or cilantro
vegetable broth
1. Put all of your dry ingredients into each jar.
2. Then fill jar with broth leaving 1" headspace. Process in pressure canner for 75 min.
3. Once pressure has dropped to zero, let stay in canner for 10 minutes before removing lid.
