1.5 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries (or any other berries)
2-3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1. Blend ingredients in blender or processor. Fill your jar. Refrigerate overnight. Add more fruit if you would like to make more than 2 cups at a time, or for thicker jam.
2. Chia seeds expand so they will act as a gel to make the jam/fruit thicken up.
