Soup and Spinach and Sausage Quiche

Ingredients:

2 pie crusts

6 eggs

1/2 c milk

1/2 c heavy creme

box of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed excess liquid out

cooked sausage

1 c cheese

Directions:

1. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on the bottom of your pie crust. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and creme. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into your pie crust, top with a little cheese, and bake for an hour until golden brown. Insert a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean. This yields 2 pies.

2. Quiche is very versatile and add whatever ingredients have on hand. Ham, bacon, vegetables (make sure they are sauteed first).
