Ingredients:

Snowflake easy mix

4 extra large eggs

250 ml cooking oil

400 ml milk

48 paper baking cups

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 180°C.

2. Place easy mix into a mixing bowl.

3. Lightly beat eggs, oil and milk. Add to easy mix and beat with electric mixer until smooth.

4. Place paper baking cups into cupcake pans. Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into paper cups, two-thirds full.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
